Luciana and I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you again.

As first time homebuyers a little over a year and a half ago, we had many of the usual questions: how, when, where and, how much can we afford? You asked another very important question of me, asking if what I could afford would mean comfortable monthly payments while supporting the lifestyle we had (i.e., the occasional romantic dinner or going to see a movie). I had started looking for how much I could afford because that is where lenders and other real estate agents were focusing my attention but you were different. You wanted to help me get my home but you also wanted for Luciana and me to be comfortable there and be able to have a comfortable standard of living. That meant a lot; it meant that you cared and were looking out for our best interest. You were different and that was a good feeling.

Once we found our dream home and signed the contract, we had even more questions but you answered all of our questions and more, often providing most of the information before I asked. It was comforting to know that you had been through it before and had it under control. We were concerned and worried when we started the process but your knowledge and management of the process provided the confidence and worry-free process that every new homebuyer needs. I have spoken with a few friends about their first purchase or even repeat purchases and know that Luciana and I were truly lucky to find you.

With such a great experience the first time, Luciana and I had no worries about choosing you to help us find our second dream home. Our first house was very, very special for us; it is where we started our life together. We loved our home but we also enjoyed visiting another nearby neighborhood that had parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and great schools and we knew that we would want to live there one day. We could not buy here the first time due to the prices but our home had rendered a fair amount of equity, you were aware of our situation, you knew the market conditions and you indicated that if we hit the market at just the right time we could potentially use our equity to buy up into our "dream" home. We went for it and you were amazing once again; we hit the market at the perfect time, sold at the right price and bought our dream home.

Prue is a "keeper"! Once you work with her, you will never even think of using another agent for future Real Estate needs.
